Chicago, IL – June 21, 2018
With its acquisition of Resolve Technology Group (RTG), one of the fastest-growing tech firms in the Midwest has accelerated its expanding network services and technology management business.
Proven IT’s decision to purchase Chicago-based RTG stems from its desire to bolster expertise in helpdesk support, network design, server management and client relations.
RTG focuses primarily on small-to-medium business systems, cloud computing integration and managed care IT services. RTG Founder and CEO John Chapman said that partnering with Proven IT, and tapping into the firm’s technology infrastructure and resources, “will allow us to add value and increase our offerings by bringing telecom solutions, innovative business process automation and print management solutions to our clients.”
Proven IT Chief Operating Officer Brett Cosich said his company’s culture and core values mesh well with RTG’s. “Our organizational goals are an excellent fit and the expertise that John and Resolve Technology Group bring to our IT Division will enhance our managed network services and helpdesk support teams.
